Mt Olongonot ASL run

MT OLONGONOT ASL RUN Mt Longonot also known as Olongonot meaning steep ridges is a stratovolcanic Mountain standing tall at 2700m ASL in Naivasha Sub County. It takes 3.1 km from the park entrance to the crater rim and further 7.2 km loop around the crater rim. Runners will be taking a total of 13.5km run challenge facing an elevation of 2700m ASL.
